Do you catch cheating partners?

Are you legal?

Yes we are fully legal, compliant with all legislation and codes of practice regulated by the Security Industries Authority (SIA), Qualified to Level 3. None of the information and resources we access is obtained illegally. All our detectives are experienced and qualified professionals. We also have our own ethical code of conduct, we do not “hack” phones or computers.

How long will the investigation take?

The truthful answer is that we never know for sure. All investigations are different but we will be able to give you a rough idea of time scale and costs involved after our initial consultation. We can usually commence the investigation within a day or two.

Will the person you are investigating for me know that I have hired you?

Our services are totally private and confidential, and unless instructed, our aim is that nobody will have any idea that we are conducting an investigation into them.

What areas do you cover besides Leicestershire?

When will you start work on my case?

Once we have received your instructions either written or verbally and have a clear achievable aim for the investigation we will commence work immediately.

Do we have to meet up or can I instruct you over the phone and by email?

It is not always necessary for our detectives to meet you in person, but if we think that your enquiry is unethical we may not be prepared to take the case on.

Will the evidence you get for me stand up in court?

Yes, if at the initial consultation preparing evidence is one of the agreed objectives then everything can be obtained, recorded and presented to court standards. We have a great deal of experience in preparing court files.

I am a local businessman and have some sensitive internal theft issues, can you provide me with help?

Yes we provide our investigative services to business & commerce, the public, and the legal profession. Do you work for solicitors?

Yes a fair amount of our work is for local solicitors, locating witnesses and tracing people, probate investigations, taking statements, checking into alibis, and some process serving. We also work with lawyers giving our particular insight and expertise into defence investigations.

What sort of things do you need to know to get started?

It all depends on the service that is required, but the more information you give us, the easier and quicker it should be to achieve your objectives. Details such as; Full name(s), date and place of birth, schools attended, occupation(s) or trade(s), marriage details, children or other family, vehicle details, social media accounts, last known address(es), national insurance number, etc. etc.

Do you give guarantees on your work?

We guarantee that we will conduct each investigation as efficiently, reliably, professionally and discreetly as we can to achieve the agreed objectives. However despite doing our very best it may not always be possible to find the result you were looking for.

How, when and what do I pay you?

We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, PayPal and cash. For large or complex investigations some advance payment may be required, otherwise within 7 days of the conclusion of the investigation. As regard to costs and rates these will vary as to what is required to be achieved. We will be happy to discuss costs during the initial consultation which is FREE.

What hours are you open?

By the very nature of our business we operate 24/7, and can usually arrange a consultation the same or next day either at our office or elsewhere at a time and place to suit you.

Can you trace someone’s assets?

Yes, our experienced investigators are able to conduct thorough checks into people’s lifestyles and spending, uncovering hidden assets such as property and vehicles, and evidencing a lifestyle which is beyond their declared means.

We need someone experienced to represent our interests when the manufacture or sale of counterfeit goods are discovered. Can you supply an agent in locum?

We have experience in dealing with the evidence and procedures needed to gain successful prosecutions against counterfeiters, interacting with other agencies such as trading standards and the police service. We can act on your behalf whenever you have the need for an agent to represent your interests.
